Cap & Patch Colors must be ordered in increments of 12 to get the listed price.  Smaller quantities may be available at $25 per cap depending on current inventory.  If you order less than 12 PER color, your order will be canceled. 

*As with any custom item, extreme conditions such as exposure to moisture, oils, or chemicals may cause damage or premature wear.  Consider spraying a water-proofing aerosol to the interior and exterior of your cap for increased durability.*

*These are leatherette patches applied to stretchable hats.  Excessive stretch or purposely pulling at the patch edges may cause adhesion to fail.  Patches are applied to hats in a relaxed state.   Fabric area around the patch may appear to "pull" when the hat is worn.* 

Do you have a business or brand you'd like to promote?  Our cuffed stocking hats offer the best quality and finish and come with your choice of leatherette, laser engraved patch.   These are a stretchable "one size fits all", acrylic blended material. 

The leatherette style patches are professionally adhered to the hats with a commercial style press and industrial strength heat-transfer adhesive for permanent placement. 

Patches are available in sizes up to 2.75" wide but not to exceed 2" tall.

Digital laser setup fee of $35 per order will be applied
Allow 2-3 weeks for custom order delivery.

**Please note;  These patches are a leatherette material with natural grains/depths and are laser etched.  Slight color differences in etched areas of the patches is normal.  You may see areas darkened or "smoked" and edges may not be 100% perfect.  Leather patches have a rustic look as part of the fashion.  If you're looking for precision cut letters or designs, vinyl or flexstyle 3D patches may be a better choice for you.
